I'm not, but I am a nanny, mostly self taught (I did a 2 year course in childcare at my local college but it was crap to be honest). There's so much conflicting information on how we're meant to do things, I thought I'd ask on here in case there's anyone who's graduated from Norland fairly recently (so who hopefully has had formal teaching in the most current approaches) who wouldn't mind answering some things I'm confused over?
