A while ago my son who is 16 was diagnosed with having Problems with his fascia in his legs. Has been In awful pain for years.
Anyone with a growing teenager have this. We are still trying to find ways to help him as we have struggled with doctors even the one who diagnosed him. Only gave him one stretch to do and that doesn’t seem to be helping much.
Any ideas ? Did it stop when they stopped growing.

Stretches don't help if there's already pain I've heard. Has he tried things like the blackroll? They help to relax tensed muscles. Bloody painful, but it works!

He has a roller thing that he is supposed to use but u know teenagers. He normally get a leg massage every week but I’m never sure if that is helping or making it worse

I get on better with a spiky massage ball like these DH prefers the roll.
There are websites like do it yourself joint pain relief that give tips for muscle issues. Has he tried a sauna?
