Do you sometimes go past point of hunger?

Very busy morning albeit at desk rather than rushing around. No chance for anything other than a coffee post work out (wasn’t cardio, a 40 min strength class online).

I last ate last night at 6pm

No appetite at all. I had a stomach tumble mid morning and would have liked to have eaten them but no chance.

So now I have the time and no appetite at all. I will eat as trying to gain weight after illness (not corona!) and will probably really relish and enjoy when I get stuck in but really could just crack on without eating. And it’s odd. Didn’t used to be this way when younger I’m sure!

Anyone else?

I'm like this at work. It's rare to eat before 6pm Mon-Fri as I usually skip breakfast and I find it easy to work through lunch. Not because I'm a self-sacrificing 'work all hours' type, but because it's got to a point where I don't feel the need to anymore.

Very very rarely, but yes. Generally when totally engrossed in something so not often at work
