Anyone know what conditioner they put in hair dye boxes?

My hair is so soft after I've dyed my hair.
Is it the conditioner or the combination of hair dye and conditioner? My hair is so straw like and frizzy otherwise any help appreciated.

I'm no expert but I think the colour might coat the hair shaft in a way that makes it soft and shiny. I agree it looks and feels nice afterwards. As a side note, I've been using caffeine shampoo for volume which has made no difference at all so I'm down about my hair at the moment

You could try sleeping with coconut oil on your hair overnight if you want soft hair, it’s amazing,

@MINEareCRAFTy _ I understand feeling down re hair. I used to have gorgeous curly hair. Its gone and its thinking so badly. Hence wanting to keep it nice re being shiny.

Some chemist's sell it on its own.
