what is a strong personality?

If somebody said you had a strong personality what would you think they meant? Would you take it as a compliment or an insult?

I've only heard it as a positive thing. Usually loud and definite opinions - but that doesn't mean they are not willing to change those opinions. Think the opposite of wishy washy and indecisive.

Definitely agree it has negative connotations for women as it = bitchy. For men, it means generally they are authorative.
