Might be on the wrong chat here... My husband is 5ft 11 and 14 stone 2lb. He is a fit 60 year old and walks 6 miles a day. He would like to lose a stone. Which is the best approach? I do all the cooking. I eat keto which is fantastic for me (5ft 4, 9 stone 5lb, 48 years). I also have a pescatarian daughter and a big eating 15 year old son! So lots of different food choices flying around our house! I don't think he would enjoy keto as giving up bread and biscuits would be hard for him. He would still like to enjoy a treat here and there.
How many calories a, day could he have and lose weight? I was thinking of just counting calories and cutting his portion sizes rather than being too restrictive. MFP seems a good option? Thank you for sbt help
