We have this bed - its in dds room. No floral prints on just this is the only pic I could find with it both ways around.
Dd is going to be getting a double bed soon, and I'd like to just pass this on to ds however his room is in the eaves and so the bed won't actually fit into his room (the only wall tall enough has his wardrobe on).
In the interests of frugality, could I just chop the frame part? Put the bed on the low option and somehow adapt the headboard part.
He has a toddler bed atm but at 5.5 he is soon to be outgrowing it.
Has anyone done this?
