Teriyaki beef with noodles

Salmon with cous cous and chopped peppers and tomatoes. Boring but healthy.

PorpentiaScamander · 06/06/2020 15:28

Lasagne for the meat eaters.
Not sure about the pescetarian. Probably spinach and ricotta pasta.

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 06/06/2020 15:28

Dunno. Not much left. Might be jacket spuds.

HeadSpin5 · 06/06/2020 15:33

Slow cooked pork shoulder which I’ll shred and serve with brioche hubs, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob and salad. I like it with BBQ sauce but the small one doesn’t, so it’ll be as it comes (plus optional apple sauce )😊

babbaganoush · 06/06/2020 15:35

Nachos with home made chilli, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and an excessive amount of cheese Smile

GreyGardens88 · 06/06/2020 15:36

No idea, but my IBS is flaring up so whatever it is i will no doubt be on the toilet at 4am tomorrow morning Sad

Chrisinthemorning · 06/06/2020 15:37

I have Madhur Jaffrey lamb Rogan Josh slow cooking in the oven. Saag paneer, chapatis, poppadums, onion bajees, raita.
Can’t wait!

Theforest · 06/06/2020 15:38

Hot dogs, onion rings and fries.. Yum!

Elouera · 06/06/2020 15:41

Roast chicken. Peas, corn, carrot, parsnips, courgette. I'm also doing Yorkshires, because I love them with any roast Grin

I also do an easy dauphinoise. Slice sweet and normal potatoes, sprinkle in chopped garlic, salt/pepper, pour cream to cover the bottom of the dish and about 1cm up the side, then grated cheese. Bake with foil on the top till soft.

Tomorrow, I'll use the leftover chicken for sandwiches or a curry

Day 3, I use the carcass and and leftover meat/veg in a soup. Either just chicken and veg soup, chicken noodle soup or chicken and sweet corn.

PawPawNoodle · 06/06/2020 15:42

Burgers (Mr Noodle's doing them), McCaina gastro chips, corn cobettes. Beer.

84claire84 · 06/06/2020 15:43

Mussels for starters

🥩 and 🦐 for main

This week we've had:

Paella
Turkish takeaway
Salmon and veg
Tikka marinaded chicken kebabs
Slow cooked ribs, Salad and wedges

BillywigSting · 06/06/2020 15:43

Sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, chips, mushrooms, fried tomato, hash browns.

Dp is cooking.

I will grudgingly do the inevitable mountain of very greasy slightly burnt on dishes. Probably twice.

Julesni77 · 06/06/2020 15:45

Chicken fajitas and refried beans

Dk20 · 06/06/2020 15:47

I have potatoes so can make mash/chips but have ran out of meat so asked dp to pick some up, not sure what he will get.
(I'm starving already)

BrandyandBabycham · 06/06/2020 15:48

Chippy tea for us which has become a lockdown Saturday tradition. The chippy we’re using was always hit & miss but since they’ve opened again, it’s been very good.

LittleMachine · 06/06/2020 15:49

Chinese (not takeaway but helped along by jars!) I've got beef blackbean in one slow cooker and sweet & sour chicken in another. Going to make some fried rice and salt and pepper chips. I have prawn toast and spring rolls to throw in the oven.

Dementedswan · 06/06/2020 15:50

Homemade chilli and rice

BearSoFair · 06/06/2020 15:50

Ham and mushroom pasta bake with a cheese sauce. Salad on the side to use up the slightly sad looking rocket in the fridge!

Laiste · 06/06/2020 15:50

Tonight - fish and chips from the chippy (they deliver! yay) will probably include a chip butty and some brown sauce - followed a couple of JD and cherry cokes.

Tomorrow - big ol' roast pork with roast tatos, yorkshire puds, broc/cauliflour, stuffing and lots of gravy - followed by rhubarb crumble and custard.

And then monday back on the slimfast Grin

Tink1990 · 06/06/2020 15:50

Chicken Kiev and chips!

Dk20 · 06/06/2020 16:48

Dp brought home mince so will be homemade burger and chips here.
