We're having chicken & fig curry followed by mango syllabub.

Ninkanink · 10/06/2020 12:35

Tonight DH is having a steak and mash pie with peas. I’m having a veg curry with boiled eggs and poppadoms.

Tomorrow we’re having braised lettuce and peas with sliced chicken breast, served over rice for DH.

Next day we’ll probably have a lamb tagine with olives and preserved lemons. Along with flatbreads (for DH) and houmous.

Day after that will likely be chicken and chorizo stew with butter beans.

goldenochre · 10/06/2020 14:19

Chicken, roast potatoes and peri peri rice with green salad

CoronaIsShit · 10/06/2020 14:30

Chicken risotto with lots of white wine, Parmesan and roasted vegetables.

Also making up a large jelly with fruit and custard as DS3 has decided he loves jelly now after years of saying he hated it Hmm.

I’m loving lockdown enforced meal planning as I’d normally be umming and uhhing about what to have for dinner until late afternoon and shopped daily as so disorganised. Now I only shop twice a week so always know what we’re having. So much less stressfulGrin.

I like the idea of Thursdya lazy day.

We used to do 'breakfast for dinner' on Wednesdays. So a cooked breakfast, or begals and smoekd salmon.

I might revive that.

Egghead68 · 11/06/2020 15:45

Higgity Cauliflower Cheese Pie and banana chips (running low on supplies!)

SisyphusAndTheRockOfUntidiness · 11/06/2020 15:57

I am having lentil bolognese, with salad on the side.
DH & DD are probably having fish finger sandwiches, again. I am so over trying to get DH to eat healthily.

Strawberries for dessert. So, not a total loss.

whiteblue · 11/06/2020 16:33

Roast chicken, lots of veggies and boiled potatoes, served with a lemon beurre blanc

babbaganoush · 11/06/2020 16:38
