My meal planning is in a rut, I need inspiration!

What are you all eating tonight?

Porridge and a fried egg butty

Pasta with roast butternut squash, green beans and cherry tomatoes

Spaghetti Bolognese,Strawberry yogurt then a ginger cookie

Soup tonight (apparently 🙄) lol

Chicken and vegetable with cheesy garlic bread

Would be great if we all post pics of our dinner? I love this thread even though i dont manage read all of them!

Mac n' cheese. Apparently if they don't get a fix, the daughters are going to riot.

Prawn fried rice with loads of vegetables mixed in. It was delicious.

Chicken tinga tacos for me

Pan fried pork chops with lime and herbs, carrots, and roast potatoes.

You know how I said we were BBQ'ing?

Rain. Thunder. Lightning.

Still BBQ'ing.

The forecast for my town also has rain, thunder, lightning, but apart from one or two claps of thunders there's been nothing. I was planning to walk to the shops but took the car after the forecast suggested I'd be caught in the middle of a thunderstorm. Wish I'd walked now.

Salmon, broccoli, asparagus and tomato tray bake and potato wedges.

We’ve had a barbecue.

Minty lamb sticks and chicken breast with cous cous, corn on the cob, and coleslaw.

Pork fillet in creamy mushroom sauce with rice and broccoli. The kids favourite dinner of lockdown apparently!
