Red Thai Curry

Got 10kg of rice and huge tubs of curry pastes from the Thai shop at the start of lockdown.

Beef stew and dumplings made by DH. Feels like winter today

Gammon steaks with honey and mustard sauce, oven chips and veg.

@ghostlyglow boil your potatoes when they're almost done add some spinach, drain it all and mash it up! Delish!

It was going to be pork chops but my son has a couple mates over (outside around the fire pit) so it's takeaway - pizza, pasta, red pepper hummus with bread sticks, dirty fries.

Thanks @itbemay1 dunno why but I was expecting something more complicated than that . Will be giving it a try though. I like spinach as an ingredient and never thought of putting it in mash. . Adding mustard as well might be nice 🤔

Roasted vegetables (peppers onion courgettes, basil on top), green lentils with onion and carrots (chopped very finely and fried) - that would be enough for me but added plain bulgar and some pork slices so the kids would eat something.

Fried halloumi with salad, tomato salsa and pitta bread. Although i have just realised I forgot the hummus and the olives 🤦‍♀️

Nachos (refried beans, nachos and cheese, baked, then guac and salsa on the side).

Treated ourselves to Cote at Home this weekend. So far, amazing 😁

Just had an incredibly disappointing curry delivered.

Rib eye steak (been sitting in a a nice marinade for a couple of hours), green salad and some fries.

We had roast chicken dinner:

Fresh chicken got delivered with a short date, needed using. I ordered it planning on a Sunday Roast tomorrow but never mind !

Mustard and cream chicken with veg and mash.

Just had garlic chicken Kebabs from the butcher with mini roast potatoes and crunchy green veg. Lovely.
