My meal planning is in a rut, I need inspiration!

What are you all eating tonight?

Potatoe Gratin (Asda)
Tender stem Broccoli (Asda)
Tiramisu ( Aldi)
Quick lazy tea for a Friday night

I am quite excited today. I went to the farm shop and got new potatos and asparagus and really lovery strawberries.

So I am going to make an asparagus quiche with potatos and then strawberries and yoghurt and honey.

That is like heaven rolled into one meal.

We are having garlic and herb chicken wraps with potato wedges and a salad today.

Noodles with cabbage, aubergine and peanut butter (Tesco delivery tomorrow thank goodness!)

We are having Beef Bulgogi, with rice and ginger Asian greens.

Spanish fish stew served with rice, peach in syrup for pudding. Aperos beforehand.

Scotch bonnet burger with picked red onion, chips and home made slaw.

Rare filler steaks with garlic butter, green salad with lemon, coriander and green chilli dressing and jacket potatoes with butter and sour cream. DH doesn't want a pudding as he's on a diet

Lentil (beef for DH and DC) burritos, corn cobs, sweet potato wedges and coleslaw.

Can’t bloody wait but I have get up and cook it first!

Going to make a small fire in the BBQ to toast marshmallows for dessert.

Easy m&S tea for us tonight, apple chilli ribs and buffalo chicken wings with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Will be doing a roast with all the trimmings tomorrow and a strawberry custard tart.

Roast pork and all the trimmings

Home made beef burgers, oven chips and salad/ baked beans.
DP May have pudding and custard.

Whole chicken smothered in rogan josh seasoning, home made chips and grilled veg for us!

Pulled pork and baby back ribs smoked on the barbecue with coleslaw, corn on the cob and brioche rolls. It was Dh's birthday yesterday and too cold and wet to bbq so we're having it today.

Tonight is chilli and rice with sour cream and salsa. I may even make some tortilla chips if I can be bothered.

Lamb hot pot here, with lemon sorbet and a shot of limoncello for pudding.

Steak, chips, tomatoes and mushrooms, can’t wait. Red wine to accompany obviously😀

Last night we ended up having MaccyD's - again! It got to 9.00pm, and every suggestion, I'd made had been either shot down, or given a very lukewarm response, so I said sod it, Maccas it is. . . to which everyone enthusiastically acquiesced. . .

Tonight, I have a yen for BBQ - so honey soy marinaded steaks, teriyaki chicken skewers, potato salad, lettuce salad, roasted capsicum, corn cob, asparagus with toasted marshmallows for afters.

You know how I said we were BBQ'ing?

Rain. Thunder. Lightning.

Mushroom stroganoff tonight. A new recipe and I am really excited

We tried a new thing: Aldi's own Crunchy Nacho Fajita Kit.

It was a scrummy and everyone liked it, truly amazing!

It says to do it with mince but we're veggie and I used Quorn pieces, lovely.
