We had teriyaki salmon with savoury rice and long stem broccoli. Was delish. We'll have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Tomorrow is slow cooked gammon in coke with veg, mash, roasties, pigs in blankets and Yorkshires.

Still have to think about what to do for meals next week. I'm getting a bit fed up with all the "usual" options but stuck for ideas!

Greek style marinated lamb leg steaks, with potato, aubergine and feta gratin and spinach.
The gratin is a new recipe I’m trying. I get half way through preparing it then read the reviews. Which weren’t good Blush. Hopefully it’ll turn out ok.

TARSCOUT · 07/06/2020 16:00

Bruscetta al Pomadore (without basil).
