My meal planning is in a rut, I need inspiration!

What are you all eating tonight?

Roast chicken and all the bits.

Lemon and garlic slow cooked chicken with sweet potatoes

Last night we had Peri chicken wraps with peri peri chips, corn on the cob and macho peas.
Tonight it’s sausage, Yorkshire puds, root veg mash and sweet corn/peas.

We signed up to hello fresh so had this! Was lovely!

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, veg (cba with the trimmings)

Chicken Szechuan, egg rice and tempura prawns.

Chicken and chorizo in tomato and veg sauce with rice and green veg (broccoli and spinach).

Roasted butternut squash, cauliflower and potatoes with stuffing and lashings of gravy.

Spaghetti and meatballs, a nice lazy one, courtesy of Mr Tesco.

Vegetable and bean soup, I'm using up those left overs!

More spanakopita today with beetroot salad and then Greek yoghurt with honey and blueberries.

Salt and pepper pork ribs with jacket potatoes and homemade coleslaw.

Roast chicken,roast potatoes,mash,Yorkshire puddings and veg with gravy

Stir fried noodles with veggies and chicken 🤷🏽‍♀️ its easy and yummy lol

Meatballs with a home made tomato and parmesan sauce. Yum.

Some sort of chicken with jacket potatoes. Yesterday was stir fry chicken and was blummin lovely!

Chicken casserole with mashed potato, asparagus, beans, leeks, brussies, broccoli, carrots, and possibly roasted pumpkin, kumara and parsnip.

Had no idea about Cote At Home. We’ve just ordered, to treat ourselves to our first meal in three months not prepared by me. Anyone else SO over cooking?

Mozzarella and mustard stuffed chicken breast, with herby new potatoes.

Chicken and veggies stir fry with oyster and teriyaki sauces. Delish.

butternut squash curry

Red Thai Stir Fry... just use curry paste and coconut milk and heat in wok, add chopped onions, chopped broccoli (florets), mushrooms and noodles.

Quick Easy Tasty!

Cheesy leek potato bake and chicken breasts (veg on the side). Maybe not highbrow but bloomin lovely. Got given the potato bake 'recipe' last week and we've had it 3 times- can't get enough apparently.

Tomorrow we are tearing ourselves away from it for a mushroom stroganoff and rice, to use up the mushrooms.
