Best rough skin on feet products

My feet are shocking. I may have to go and see a podiatrist but what are you best products/remedies to get rid of thick dead skin on heels and under the foot?

Thanks

I tried Footner for the first time last month, as my feet were getting generally rough and dry and hard in places. It wasn't the magic cure I've heard it called, but definitely gave my feet a nice peel and left them softer, without all that rough, dryness. I attacked the hard bits afterwards (after all peeling had stopped) with my old PedEgg, and used CCS Foot Cream every night quite liberally (cotton socks on top for the night), and this combination really seems to have worked.

Flexitol foot balm does it for me when no amount of scrubbing would. Highly recommend.

You need a Newton's Foot Sponge (more like a charcoal pumice than a sponge but that's the name) followed by Flexitol.

I use a file (a grey one) on dry skin and then rub body shop body butter in.

Margaret Dabbs foot file.

A foot razor, makes my feet two sizes smaller!

IHaveBrilloHair · 03/06/2020 18:47

Footner and flexitol, pmus a good foot file.

Newton's chiropody sponge and flexitol heel balm, the good stuff that's got a high urea percentage.

Immigrantsong · 03/06/2020 18:54

You need a cream with Urea and a visit to a podiatrist.

pairofchairs · 03/06/2020 18:55

Yep, Newton's Chiropody Sponge and Flexitol balm. If you can, soak feet then scrub with the sponge. Apply Flexitol then put some cotton socks on and leave on overnight. Baby soft feet in no time.

Please do not go at your feet with a razor or any kind of blade.

Thanks for replies. I don’t think any cream is going to get through these trotters tbh. The skin is dead Shock

I’ll book in to a podiatrist!!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures but a week ago my feet were cracked and bleeding, I could peel off huge chunks of dead skin and my heels looked like craters on the moon. They were utterly rank and looked like they needed professional help.

30 mins soak in a tub of water then a good scrub with the Newton's chiropody sponge (it's not a sponge, it's a really light pumice that you apply soap to) and a load of flexitol slapped on afterwards and they just look like normal feet again.
