Does anyone have a Jack Daniel's cake recipe?

The girls dad's 40th is coming up soonish so I'm vaguely planning to make a fancy cake.

He drinks JD so thought I could do a JD cake, in the shape of a barrel, and then pop a miniature or two on top - something along the lines of the screenshot below seems doable.

if he likes coffee, you could have a look at the recipe below. It mainly tastes of JD, but you can taste the coffee and chocolate too

@sleepismysuperpower1 that sounds tasty, have you baked it before?

I'm wondering if it would turn out ok as an 8" round cake rather than loaf tins as the recipe says.

I have baked it once before, and it turned out well. I did use loaf tins, but I think it would be fine in circular tins too :)
