Missed period - not pregnant...

Hi, I’m 44 and realise I should be more informed but quite confused about what I should do right now .

History: 2 DC (2MMC in between) difficulty getting pregnant - took 12 months each time and later found DH had poor sperm count. After 2nd child DH had a vasectomy - this would be 6 years ago.

My period was due 9 days ago. I am never late, if anything a few days early. Have had sex this months a couple of times. Also noticed a few days before I was due on that I had the clear fertile’ discharge that is normally in middle of my cycle.

9 days late and I am bloated and for want of better explanation feel like I am constipated - I am not but it’s a similar feeling of being full and not much in terms of appetite etc. Sometimes breasts are sore, sometimes not.

I did a test when at 4 days late It was negative.

I suppose what I am asking if WWYD?

Is it my age? If it is, so I just wait it out?

Could I be pregnant ( if fertile window was late does this mean I am not yet properly ‘late’) Honestly I am not usually this dim but very confused?

Would you bother the doctor just yet or leave it longer - I think this feels more complicated in the current climate, I don’t want to waste time? Does it even need a doctor?

Thanks for reading and I am grateful for any suggestions or advice.

I can't answer your question but I was late recently and had the discharge similar to ovulation when I was due. My period came 5 days late in the end.

Any new meds or stress? Can affect your cycle.

We had a bereavement 2 months ago but had 2 cycles since. No meds. I wonder if lockdown is taking a mental toll?
