How long have mental health records been online

I would like to request my mental health records from 2013. Will these still be paper copies or online. I know currently all health records are online though notes are taken during the appointment I have. I assume to later be put online.

It probably depends on the Trust. I think the Trust I work for went paperless about 5 years ago.

Is this NHS? If so look up PALS for your trust and ask them

Our trust has been paperless for about 10 years. If you want to see them, they'll be printed off, someone goes through them first to take out any 3rd party info and then someone will go through them with you.

It'll depend on your trust. We're still not online.

Depends on the trust. Ours only went paperless last year.

Thank you. I know someone else in my area that reads all her recent records online look like the same system that they use. I’m curious about the older stuff though.
