This is a lake in Gloucestershire. I know I went there years ago, but I can't remember where it is. This photo from a friend's camera is all I have.

Are you sure it isn’t Stourhead? The treeline looks very similar?

Do you remember anything else about your visit? Distinctive roads, animals in the area? What the paths were like?

I was going to suggest Cannop Pond and Mallard Pike too, especially the latter. Possibly Soudley Pond (also Forest of Dean).

Defo mallards pike or cannop ponds. Maybe cannop?
