Friend admitted to psychiatric ward. What can I send to make her stay a bit easier?

I can’t send flowers or visit for obvious reasons, but I’ve checked with ward staff and I can make up a little care package for her.

Any ideas of what I can put in it for her? I was thinking a book, maybe also a nice journal she can use if she wants to, some nice toiletries?

Any other ideas would be welcome!

Mints to freshen and moisten her mouth
Eye mask to keep the light out (wards are often too bright or she may want a nap during the day)
A plastic bottle containing a soft drink (M&S do some nice ones) plus add some plastic or polystyrene cups to drink out of

Also, if she has longish hair, some soft hair bobbles to keep her hair back.
