Is this bullseye rash lyme disease?

This came up on Sunday on my back, my daughter noticed it. It doesn't itch particularly. It looks like the rash for lyme disease to me but I sent pictures to my doctor and the nurse practitioner has said I just need antihistamines. I know if it is lyme disease then I need antibiotics now but I don't know how to get them. Anyone any ideas? Does it just look like a normal rash and am I overreacting?

I can’t tell from your photo if it is a bullseye type rash. Can you ask the doctor directly in a video call? I did one for my dc for a skin condition and the doctor wrote a prescription and sent it straight to the pharmacy.

It doesn't have a clear outline but I would err on the side of caution, a quick google shows they dont always have a defined edge. I assume taking the antibiotics anyway wouldn't do any harm? If not, see if you can insist upon them, lymes is awful and not worth the risk.
