My partner took the bins out the other night and told me that he heard the new next door neighbours having sex... I was like, “ok?? It doesn’t bother me as I can’t hear it” I got curious though and opened a window and heard the female moaning and saying “oh yeah” and “daddy” (I felt sick at that part) now the reason I’m posting is that I could see a few people from the neighbour hood peering out of their windows probably having a laugh. I feel terrible for my neighbour and don’t know whether to tell her... I mean could you imagine what else she could be saying not realising how loud she’s being?

Ahh the Mumsnet anonymous post! As with many things if it bothers you that much just say something! However it seems a bit mean to complain just yet..it might be a one off. But if not the next time you see them introduce yourself and say with a big grin by the way you might not realise how far sound travels when you have your bedroom windows open. Job done.
