HELP! Tissue paper hair dye issues

Has anyone tried the tissue paper hair dye and had trouble removing it? I did it on my daughter's hair 6 weeks ago and can't get it out. Even with head and shoulders and bicarbonate of soda it won't go. Anyone else had this problem??? It's only meant to last a week! HELP! My daughter currently has green/blue hair with a patch of orange as some colours have come out but others haven't.

@Diverseduvet
What I do with my daughter's hair is up to me and no one else's business. I just asked for some advise if anyone had experienced something similar. In a worrying and anxious time like this for a child giving her some fun and joy was way more paramount for something that should be a temporary thing for a week. Unfortunately she seems to be the only person who's hair seems to have taken strongly to certain colours. Yeah I would like to try and get the remaining bits of colour out of her hair but it was 100% worth it to see her face when she say her rainbow hair. Way more important at the moment and I would do it again tomorrow to make her happy at the moment, just not the blue 😂

Why do you need to get it out?
Surely schools aren't going to care about this given the current situation?
Honestly, I've not seen my Dd's natural hair colour since she was about 12, neither Secondary school she went to cared.

Head and shoulders shampoo. Known for stripping colour!
Dd is Auburn and did her ends purple, it came out an aubergine colour and looked lovely, lasted about five washes(not head and shoulders)
She did her ends blue the other day and that went a horrid green fortunately it washed out first time.

Have tried head and shoulders about 5 times and with Washing up liquid and bicarbonate of soda mixed in. It's faded loads but still left with a faint horrible green bit. Not all over but goes half way up her hair and just on one side as she had a rainbow going around her head. Looked good when it was done though, just not so great now x
