I haven’t washed my hair for a month!

I’ve been meaning to try this for years but haven’t had the chance before.

My hair feels very soft and my mild dandruff has gone.

I have dry wavy hair so only washed it every 3 days anyway. I now wet it and condition it every 3 days but no shampoo.

Why? Does it not smell dirty

I’ve read articles about it over the years and apparently hair is self cleaning and it is good for dandruff.

Week 2 was the worst - bit whiffy but managed to cover up the smell with conditioner. It was also a bit itchy during week 2.

It doesn’t smell now and feels really soft.
