Big night in - what would you eat?

For us it would be cheese fondue thingy with lovely crusty bread, crackers nice cheese and wine

We may also have Peking duck and pancakes.

Also nachos and chili

What would you have? I need inspiration because work is stressing me out and I want something special to look forward to over the weekend. Tyvm

Three course menu theme of a country couisine because we normally jist have main meal or light meal in the evening.

I think I'm either going to make kebabs with homemade pita or chilli made with brisket and tortilla chip nachos. I've never made pita or chips from tortillas
