Should we keep track of coronavirus hotspots, so we know where to avoid?

As the R rate differs in different places, some places need avoiding more than others. These places will change as time goes on.

First place I'd suggest as a hotspot now is North Wales. That is covered by the Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board. Initially the problem in Wales was in the South but it's definitely moved North now.

On the chart the line for BC is rising exponentially! That's the steepest line up I've seen anywhere.
