We're now trying to get more disciplined about restoring flexibility (exercises 5x daily) before building up strength very slowly (hard for a teenager).
It is aggravated by going on his mountain bike. do you think this is because of having to grip the brake?
this morning he tells me it's also slightly triggered by typing on his laptop.
Do you think it would be better to buy a full-size keyboard and have him learn to touch type during this period?
