Irritatingly incoherent theme tune

DC is watching "Hey you, what if .." and is insisting the theme tune consists of the words ' hot cloud' sung again and again.
Any ideas what it really is? It's driving me mad.

It’s “Wa Wow!” Written by Auburn Jam Music. You can look for their post 3rd March on Facebook to prove it.
