Lamb question- or any roast meat I guess!!

I've put my lamb shoulder in too early and it's nearly ready, am I ok lowering the temperature to 50 to keep it warm?

Get it out and wrap in tin foil and it will fine for at least an hour.

Yes def. always rest meat for a bit once it’s cooked anyway.
