But even allowing for that, I wouldn't eat pork that was 4 days out of date. Nor chicken.

If it looked and smelt fine then yes I would.

Maybe I'd risk it normally (though with pork probably not 4 days out of date) but I wouldn't want to do anything that might make me ill unnecessarily at the moment.

Not with pork. I had the mostly awful food poisoning from.eating pork out once. Went on for about two months until I was told to starve myself for four days.

It was over Christmas and my dad took great delight in saying I was a piss artist (18) until he two, came down with explosive shits 😂

It was me him and my sister alm ill. There was a public health investigation. Plus my friends son has just got round worm.from pork. Pooped out a worm over7" long.....

Never do the smell test on meat. Some pathogens don't cause an off smell.

I'm generally relaxed about dates until it comes to meat or fish, especially pork, so no I definitely wouldn't risk it.
