I used to be a fairly fit runner (up to10k) until about 10 years ago when injuries, health problems and MH issues all knocked the stuffing out of me. So here I am, now 13 stone, 52 years old, with dodgy knees and lack of motivation
Where do I begin? What should I start with? I know there are loads of youtube work outs etc around, I just can't seem to focus, nor do I know what would suit a tubby middle aged women who has become a sloth. Can anyone help with anything that's dragged them out of a rut??
