My 2 y.o was supposed to be the good sleeper. (Her sister took til nearly 4 to sleep through, always up at 5am and had wierd night terror things that had her screaming for hours.)
2 y.o. was sleeping through mostly from about 12 months. Usual hiccups for teething and developmental leaps.
She dropped her nap on day one of lockdown (yeah!) And she has been waking multiple times a night, with every other night awake for anywhere between 1 and 3 hours.
She is finished teething so not that. She had been a bit constipated, but that is now sorted, so not that. She does have a drink in the night (always a thirsty one), but that is now water not milk.
She does cry but it is total fake and stops immediately when I go in and she is happy as Larry. She just seems to want me.
At the start I was getting into bed with her, then leaving when she dropped off, but now I think there is nowt wrong with her, she just wants me in her very small toddler bed with her.
How do I sort this one? I have lost all my sleep training ability. I think I blocked it all out.
