People who RENTed large place in city who then BOUGHT a smaller place further from city?
Do you regret that choice or are you happy?
I want to get on the property ladder but it obviously comes with a few compromises to afford it (meaning moving a bit further out, to a smaller place and using most of my savings as the deposit).
Any experiences? Particularly those who did the transition alone
