I have been sedentary for about 10 weeks now. My kids hate going out for walks so we’ve been mainly staying in the house. The only walking I’ve been doing really is around the house with the occasional walk.
My calves have suddenly (last few days) started really hurting. I’ve bern rubbing magnesium cream into then which helps somewhat. Is it an exercise issue? A stretching issue? I’m 45. Top end of BMI range. Otherwise in good health.
