Unexplained death, hotel room and I think suitcase?

Sorry for the convoluted title.

Just watching Killing Eve with dh and we got chatting about unexplained murders and he asked me if I think there are organisations that have assassins that go around killing people.

I said yes and mentioned the Russian man who died of poisoning and then the man that was murdered but they classed it as suicide? I think there was a suitcase in that case as well?

I can't for the life of me remember their names and when I Google I'm not getting any results.

Could someone help me out and tell me their names please?

There was a bloke from mi5 I think that they ruled as a suicide even though he was locked in a holdall.

I know the one you mean about the guy who was found dead in a suitcase. I can’t remember the name though... wasn’t he in a suitcase which was sealed, and he also worked for Mi5 or something like that
