Well, thank you for the idea of someone going mad buying stuff online, @Ninkanink ! I was going to do a staycation anyway, but suddenly thought of lots of new things Elise could buy for the garden...

That suggestion might’ve been loosely based on errr, personal experience. 😄 but sadly we’re living in a flat atm so no garden staycation splurging for us!

Hmm, was having a conversation about our Coronavirus shopping habits with my friend yesterday. They're going mad and buying loads of stuff online, whereas I click and then don't checkout! So I'd have stuff in various baskets, but haven't proceeded. I'm window shopping maybe?! 🤔

@Horsemad I’d say that’s probably the more sensible approach! I’m no good at window shopping - I get quite easily obsessed and have to have things. So if I know I can’t buy, I’m generally better off just not even looking.

I've been back to school (I'm a teacher) for the first time today since lockdown started. The key worker children were playing with an amazing playmo church and wedding car with cans on the back!
It made me wish my kids had got into playmo. They're lego fans though. DS5 is playing with lego as I write.

Thank you for these posts SoMuch. I'm loving them. I check every day to see what the playmolanders have been up to.

Where's Norman? We haven't seen him in a while. Is he deciding how to get the children back to school?? Or about how to lift lockdown?

Photos tomorrow might be a bit late. Had hoped to take some today but got distracted by pressure washing the patio. With associated drain blockage. All sorted now but no time for Playmo photos!

Ds will be out most of the day tomorrow. After going to the shops for food, I will probably spend most of the day Playmobiling. See you tomorrow!

Today is Franz's birthday, but he won't be having a party. Alison the postie brings cards and a parcel, which she leaves at the door.

Franz has some presents to open. "I wonder what's in this one!" he says.

"Yippee, it's a pair of cymbals!"

Franz can't see his friends at the moment, so he has a Zoom call with them instead. They all wish him a happy birthday.

Lol , just what you need in lockdown . Maybe he can form a virtual band.

Marta and Matthias ask Franz what he would like for his birthday tea. "Sausages and chips please." he says. So Matthias has been to the Splish Splash café to get a takeaway for the boys.

Marta has made a cake, but there are no candles. Blowing out candles seems like a good way to spread Covid-19...

Franz has enjoyed his lockdown birthday.
