Thank you @Dk20 I have already enjoyed not having to get up at 5.30! And am now enjoying a leisurely with Norman. I'm intending to spend time in the garden today, as weather is lovely.

I thought Brandy might get up to more mischief!

I'm having a lovely day pottering in the garden. Just saw a swarm of bees which made me think of Bleddyn the beekeeper. Ds has decided we are having a BBQ this evening.

I have to say there was rather a lot of nostalgia when I was setting up the fire rescue scenes, as this was the first theme that ds had when he was 5. In fact Paul and Sarah (from yesterday's bin fire) were from the first set he had, given to him by a friend from school for his 5th birthday. He loved it, so we bought him more fire sets for Christmas that year and that was the beginning of Playmoland!

Poor Brandy. The indignity of being rescued 😺 and by the biggest fire engine possible...hopefully there is a nice 🐟 waiting for lunch.

Not sure Brandy's owners would be thinking of fish for lunch after having to call the fire service!

We've had a lovely barbecue in the garden, beautiful weather! More Playmo photos will follow tomorrow...

Brandy does get into a bit of a pickle! What a cat! I have had the perfect day off - pootling out to the local shops to buy food, pottering in the garden, relaxing in the garden with a book, and BBQ with ds, followed by a bit of tv (Repair Shop) also with ds. Weather marvellous, just like in Playmoland!
