It appeals to the monkey part of human brains. It like short, memorable, simple and catchy slogans. Like:
Just do it.
I'm loving it.
Always Coca Cola.
Finger licking good.
Have a break, have a kit kat.

And lots of others.
It works especially well on idiots. 👍

I think it's so it will fit in with "defcon" type levels.
