Are you celebrating VE day with your kids tomorrow? If so, what are you doing?

Loads of people are out on our street bunting, snack wagon, raising money for charity from passers by neighbours all out on deck chairs in front garden i'm watching from inside. doesn't seem to be any social distancing at all

We’ve made bunting and we’re having a garden tea party at 3pm with family over Zoom 😂. DS (10) is a Junior Sea Cadet and should have been parading so he did the salute and silence at 11 and has some activities to do. My family have a very strong military history so it is very important to me that he learns about these things. DH’s family do not so he is slightly bemused by us 😂
