Can anyone recommend a free cbt online course for anxiety?

Been googling but going round in circles. Wondered if anyone has any recommednations .thanks

You'll struggle to find anything that's free, that works.

Honestly, if you can find a way to pay for CBT and/or hypnosis, do it.

This is an excellent organisation. Lots of online resources advocated by NHS. Not solely focused on CBT.

I used SilverCloud, I think, if I remember correctly, I went through the NHS online self referral system and spoke to someone on the phone for about half an hour about what was going on and they gave me access to it that day
