So tonight I am cooking the best looking steak I’ve ever seen (Galician rib eye on the bone). Haven’t made Béarnaise sauce for years and when I googled it for a refresher I found at least five different methods.
If you make a mean bearnaise, which recipe / method do you use? I don’t have a blender so that’s out, but do have a stick blender, or a food processor, or a Pyrex bowl for a bain marie.
