Settle a debate between DP and I.

At what age are they not classed as toddlers any more? So how old do they have to be?

In developmental psychology we group the ages together slightly differently. For example: Infancy; 0-2 years, Toddlerhood; 2-5 years, Childhood; 5-11 years, Adolescence; 12-18 years.
