Early pregnancy period like cramps

Afternoon ladies - I got my BFP a few days ago, was due on my period
Yesterday, All day today I've had this period like dull ache in my lower abdomen. I keep going to loo thinking my Period will arrive - just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I've had 2 mc previously and just feeling anxious.

Hi bubble, I had this with both pregnancies. I also had a bit of spotting in the first few days after the positive pregnancy test with my first.

I think it's supposed to be fairly normal, though I can understand that you'd be nervous after having had 2 mc.
