@EineReiseDurchDieZeit that's a nice house but I would have to de-clutter it and change the decor...those couches are too close together as well!

That is beautiful. Not 100% sure what 2 x dd's & I would do with all that space/all those rooms but i would enjoy furniture shopping!!
No where near as grand as yours OP but this is my current favourite. It has the added bonus of being close to family.

I love north yorks and am not far from there.

I often do house searches but you can get lovely houses that aren't too pretentious for 1/2 million around here.

I do this. Mainly look at homes in Cornwall, Devon and Scotland, but sometimes the isle of wight and lake district.
