Brown patches on my neck, strange rash?

Sorry for posting in chat.

I know I won't be able to see a doctor at the moment.

I have brown patches of skin appearing round my neck, and it is slightly sore to touch at the back. I also have what looks like a dry, brown patch which may or may not be related.

Has anyone had/seen something similar that could suggest what it might be? Haven't found anything similar looking on Google and have attached pics, although they look more red then brown in the pictures. Thanks in advance!

It looks like a heat rash or contact allergy, but it could be a fungal infection.
If its fungal you can try Canestan, the tablets and cream. Talk to a pharmacist. If that doesn't work you'll need something stronger from your GP, they should be able to prescribe over email or the phone.

For heat rash/allergy, wash with mild soap, rinse well then dry, try to keep it dry and cool. Take antihistamine if you can get them, supermarkets sell them if you cant get to a pharmacy.
See if it goes down in 48 hours. If it gets worse or you are worried, talk to a pharmacist or phone 111.

Thank you. Will call the pharmacy in the morning and take a antihistamine today. I don't think it is heat rash and nothing has changed allergy wise but will try just incase
