So a few weeks ago I posted about his list of things I had done which made me unreasonable. Most of them were ridiculous but I had a huge laugh and ignored him.
S now I have received another email telling me that he is going to report me for fraud. This is because when we split up last year and he moved out, I received £120 a month CM from him for our 2 DC's, and from November 2019 to March 2020 I also received £80 a month from DS1's dad. This is apparently fraud to receive two lots. So he is going to instruct his solicitor to report me for fraud.
I shouldnt laugh but if I dont I think I would cry. He hasnt see the children for weeks at his request, doesnt phone them or message DD and instead we dont hear from him for days at a time, then I get an email out of the blue like this. I wont be replying because it annoys him more if I dont, but would love to just send him an email that tells him to fuck off.
