I think the oven is broken. Pictures attached, please help!

This is the bottom of our oven it works fine, but I’ve just tried cleaning it today and DP and I think it looks like the coating had buckled? Has anyone had any experience of this? Wtf do we do?

It's hard to tell from these photos - could you take one from further away to show the rest of the oven? And did you use oven cleaner?

We didn’t, we used baking powder this time as we thought we’d get the worst off and then go in with chemicals if we needed. We assumed it was like burnt on food... not sure why it would be as we don’t just throw stuff in without a tray etc!!

To make matters bastard worse, I removed the door and one of the hinges has sprung so now I need to go at it with brute force to unspring it. Bastard hate cleaning ovens.
