Asda- can’t seem to amend an order that’s due in 12 days time!!

I have no idea what the right section is for this so apologies for putting it in chat.

I know ASDA has a three day cut off my adding things to their basket. But with 12 days before the order is due I cannot see how to add anything into the basket? The only thing I can see is how to cancel the order completely.

No you can only amend 3 days before rather than the cut off being 3 days before. I misread it as well.

You can add to basket and then add to existing order 4 days before delivery

It's 4 days before at the moment. When I log in there is a banner across the top of the page that says this 🙂

It is the other way round, although they do keep changing the rules.
You now can only amend 4 days before your order is due to be delivered.
You can continue amending up until 10pm on the evening before your order is due.
I would make sure it is sorted a few hours earlier though as the site can be glitchy and it can take a few attempts to check out.
