It seems to be a bit of a gem... Corringham seems really quiet and looking at some official statistics, had a lot of older people and home owners.
What is the difference between Stanford and Corringham?
I'm from Essex myself and my family live near Laindon (wouldn't go there). Currently live in Herts and can't afford to buy anywhere here sadly
