Bruised feeling on back of hands ........does anyone else get this ?

The backs of both my hands feel really tender and bruised. But are NOT bruised.

It's really weird, no soreness anywhere else and I haven't banged them. It's been like that for a couple of months now. Does anyone else get this ? Doctor Google drew a blank but I'm beginning to think it's a sign of high blood pressure or something and may need checking out. 🧐

Possibly rheumatological something or other? Mild arthritic pain feels like bruised bones to me, if that makes any sense.

Sounds familiar to me. I’m due to start biologics for RA. Currently all delayed by COVID, of course.

Then again, it might be something else altogether. It’s so hard to accurately describe different types of pain.
